Biography:
6-6 Richard Jeter of Atlanta Metro (GA) CC is considered one of the country's top JC talents and a possible NBA Draft early entry candidate. He leads his team to an 18-14 mark last season and he averaged 15.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Jeter is an excellent outside shooter with good range on his jumper. He is very athletic and has good strength. Jeter never played high school basketball as he was a military brat.
