Biography:
Marxhausen played for the Minnesota Select Gold team in the Spiece Fall Basketball Festival at Fort Wayne, Indiana and was named the tournament MVP. He helped lead the Minnesota Select Gold to the Spiece championship. Marxhausen played at several events this spring in summer such as the Mac Irvin adidas Classic in Chicago, Three Stripes Tournament in New York and Jerry Mullen’s Camp in Kansas City for Team Minnesota. Marxhausen also played in tournaments in Houston, Milwaukee and North Carolina. Marxhausen is an excellent athlete (he was a starting safety as a sophomore before deciding to concentrate on basketball) with good leaping ability. He has good shooting range and can handle the ball. Marxhausen has good strength at 205 pounds. Marxhausen is the second Minnesotan to commit to Minnesota State Mankato. 6-5 forward Tyler McAthie of Zumbrota-Mazeppa (MN) High verballed to the Mavericks
