| Thomas is a Pasadena, California native, who signed with Iowa last spring, but was forced to go the juco route. He is playing for Southeastern (IA) CC, which he helped win the NJCAA Tournament last year. Thomas is an outstanding athlete with terrific leaping ability. He possesses a good shooting touch up to 15 feet. However, he is still raw in in the low post and needs to control his temper on the court. He is still committed to playing at Iowa, but must spend two seasons at the JC level. Thomas played at Christian Faith Academy in Creedmore, North Carolina last season. |
