Chip Rank commits to Northern Iowa		By Chris Monter Date: Aug 10, 2009 Chip Rank, a 6-foot-6, 230-pound forward from Cedarburg (WI) High, has committed to Northern Iowa, according to sources close to his recruitment. Rank is the second commitment for the Panthers, joining Nate Buss of Charles City (IA) High.
