Je'Kel Foster inks with Ohio State

		By Chris Monter Date: Apr 15, 2004 Je'Kel Foster, a 6-2 shooting guard Chipola (FL) CC, has signed with Ohio State, according to sources close to the program. Foster was named Panhandle Conference Player of the Year and lead the Indians to the NJCAA Tournament, where they finished sixth.
