K&D Round's Landscaping defeated Norfolk Sports Club 92-70 to win the Portsmouth Invitational consolation title. Jimmy Baron from Rhode Island set a tournament record with nine three-pointers as he scored a game-high 33 points, breaking the mark of Tony Bobbitt with 6. He also set a mark with 16 three-pointers in the tournament, breaking the previous record of 13 set by Bobbitt and Askia Jones.

Jimmy Baron made eleven of 19 from the field and nine of 15 from beyond the arc. Tyrese Rice of Boston College had 14 points and UTEP's Stefon Jackson scored 13. Last minute addition Marcus Cousin of Houston and Tony Gaffney of Massachusetts had eleven points each.

Norfolk Sports Club had four double figures, led by Jermaine Taylor of Central Florida with 13 points. Russell Hicks from Florida International, Taylor Rochestie of Washington State and Wink Adams of UNLV had twelve points each.
