The Big East and the Big Twelve have been the top two conferences in the NCAA Tournament, combining for 21 wins. The Big East teams have all been eliminated, but they finished 11-8 with only one team losing in the first round. The Pac-10 is 8-5, while the SEC finished just 4-6 with only one team making to the Sweet 16. Conference USA is 4-0 with lone member Memhpis making to the Final Four.
