The Chicago pre-draft camp was the final opportunity for the NBA scouts to see many of the top draft-eligible players in action. There is not an official All-Tournament team, but that did not stop me from making a case for the top players in the Windy City. Troy Bell earned my choice as the camp MVP. He was the leading scorers with 54 points in the three games and scored a tournament-high 20 points in one game. Bell made a camp-best 19 free throws in 20 attempts.
