Ten NBA teams will showcase their top young players at the 2003 Rocky Mountain Revue summer league at Salt Lake Community College. Unfortunately, for local fans, projected top overall draft pick LeBron James will not be attendance as the Cleveland Cavaliers who have played in the Rocky Mountain Revue in the past, will not attend this season.
Host Utah, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, New York, Phoenix, Portland, San Antonio and a combined Indiana-Philadelphia entry all are slated to take part in the summer league, which is scheduled July 18-26.
Last year, rookies like Qyntel Woods, Dajuan Wagner, Amare Stoudemire, Casey Jacobsen, Vincent Yarbrough, Drew Gooden, Robert Archibald, Carlos Boozer and Jay Williams got their first tase of NBA action.
