Tidewater Sealants Captures Seventh Place

Last year's champion, Tidewater Sealants, captured the seventh place crown with a 100-83 win over the Portsmouth Sports Club.

Tidewater Sealants was led by seven double figure scorers. Gary Wilkinson of Utah State had a game-high 26 points and added eleven rebounds. Garret Siler of Augusta State had 22 points as he made ten of 16 shots from the field. Alex Ruoff of West Virginia sank ten of 15 shots as he added 21 points. Micah Downs had eleven points and twelve rebound and Alfred Aboya of UCLA and Georgia Tech's Lewis Clinch added ten points each.

Portsmouth Sports Club was paced by Oklahoma big man Taylor Griffin with 24 points. Fellow Big 12 mate A. J. Abrams had 22 points and Ben McCauley of north Carolina State added twelve. Leo Lyons of Missouri contributed ten points and eleven caroms.
