Mason County wins Kentucky Holiday Classic Champs

Chris Lofton and Nathan Myrick each scored 22 points to lead Maysville (KY) Mason County to a 93-89 victory over Lexington Catholic in the Kentucky Holiday Classic Championship held in Lexington. Lofton, who was named MVP, also had eight rebounds and five assists. He scored 88 points and made 17 of 34 three-pointers in four games. He was previously named MVP of the King of the Bluegrass Classic. Juniors Demetrius Green and Harrison Morton of Catholic scored 22 and 21 points, respectively.
