Team Six finished 3-0 with an 87-78 win over Team One. Team Six had a 43-30 rebounding advantage in the victory.

Team Six was led by Davon Jefferson of USC with a game-high 16 points. He made six of nine from the field and all four free throws. George Hill from IUPUI finished with 15 points. Brian Butch of Wisconsin and Joseph Jones from Texas A&M each scored ten points.

Team One was led by Joe Crawford from Kentucky and Tyrone Brazelton of Western Kentucky each scored eleven points in the loss. Wayne Ellington from North Carolina and Darnell Jackson of Kansas finished with ten points each.
