The Chicago Bulls defied the odds by landing the top pick in the 2008 NBA Draft. Chicago, who had a 1.7% chance of obtaining the first selection, will have the first overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, held in New York City on June 26. The Bulls will likely pick between freshman Derrick Rose of Memphis and Michael Beasley from Kansas State. The following is my projections for the top 15 picks.
