Tulane is looking for a big man and feels that they have a solid chance of landing 6-8 Jarvelle Scott of Mouth of Wilson (VA) Oak Hill Academy and/or 6-10 center Kory Castine of Marrero (LA) Archbishop Shaw. Scott visited Tulane October 4th and Mississippi on the 11th. He has a visit planned for Houston this weekend.
Castine averaged 12 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two blocks per contest as a junior. He previously visited UAB.
Tulane finished 14-15 overall and was 5-11 in Conference play last season.
