The 2006-07 NBA season is over and the playoffs start for 16 teams this weekend. The non-playoff teams will turn their attentions to the NBA Draft and Draft Lottery. Memphis, Boston, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Seattle, Minnesota, Portland Charlotte, New York, Sacramento, Indiana, Philadelphia, New Orleans and the L.A. Clippers missed postseason play.
