2006 NBA Draft Picks by Conference

The Big East was the big winner in last Wednesday's NBA Draft as the conference produced 13 draft picks, seven in the first round and six in the second round. Connecticut had four first round picks and one second round selection. The following is a look at the draft picks by conference.
