Homewood-Flossmoor defeated Webster Groves 55-41

Flossmoor (IL) Homewood-Flossmoor defeated Webster Groves (MO) High 55-41 in the fourth game of the KMOX Shootout.

Homewood-Flossmoor, who finished 31-3 last season and lost in the 2004 Illinois AA State Championship game to Peoria Central 53-47, was led by McDonald's All-American candidate Julian Wright with 16 points. Six-foot-1 senior Freddie Barnes added eleven and Dominic Baker had ten points.

Webster Groves, which dominated Portland (TN) 73-43 in last year's KMOX Shootout and finished 24-5 last season, was led by 6-foot-2 junior Justin Taylor with 13 points.
